Delivery Lead Times
Production and delivery are the combining factors that affect lead times, so it really depends on the size of the order, the simplicity or complexity of the product being produced and where it needs to be delivered.
Each product you order will be assigned an individual production and delivery lead time which will be communicated to you when we provide your quote.
Shipping Methods
Over the years, as our client base has expanded globally, we’ve worked hard to create a production outfit that adapts to your needs, and are constantly communicating with our forwarders to find the most effective ways to deliver goods for our clients in terms of cost, time and safety of the products. We also keep up to date with import /export duties and taxes to help advise about additional costs our clients may incur on international shipments.
Here are the main modes of delivery we can offer.
Courier
- We use a selection of accredited global couriers for our orders, including UPS, FedEx and TNT, based on the services available to your region.
- When the order has been shipped, we will provide tracking codes so you can check the delivery status.
- Couriers are generally the most cost-effective and speedy method of delivery for orders too small to go on a pallet, and for orders needed in a hurry.
- Delivery Timeframes:
- UK – Standard Next Day / Pre 12:00am delivery / Same day
- Europe – Express 1-2 Days / Standard 3-5 days
- Rest of World – Express 1-3 days / 5-7 days
Airfreight
- For large orders that need to be sent internationally for a specific deadline will generally be sent via airfreight as it can be more cost effective than sending via courier when it reaches a certain volumetric size.
- The airfreight can also be used to speed up production times for any materials/products we source internationally to ensure we can meet a client deadline. It isn’t cost effective so will generally be avoided if possible.
- Delivery Timeframe: 3-7 days
Seafreight
- The most cost-effective way to send products internationally, however, the shipping time is significantly longer than the other modes used above.
- Perfect for large orders of products that our clients like to keep stock of that are not required for a specific deadline.
- Delivery Timeframe: 4-8 weeks
Storage & Fulfilment
Can’t store your full order? Not a problem – we can store any surplus products in our warehouse until you need them.
